House & Land Package

This project features a set of 40 single-storey & double-storey house & land packages where clients can choose their desired design for their new home. The layout dimensions are later modified to suit the size of the land.

NDIS Design Package

The NDIS is an Australian funded scheme aimed to assist people with disability to achieve their goals while allowing them free choice and control of their lives.

The following project is one of my NDIS Designs for a residential home. The design caters for 2-3 disabled participants and 1 caretaker. The layout includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one for each participant/caretaker), a living room, a kitchen and a laundry room that all follow the guidelines of the NDIS.
