NDIS Design Package

The NDIS is an Australian funded scheme aimed to assist people with disability to achieve their goals while allowing them free choice and control of their lives.


The following project is one of my NDIS Designs for a residential home. The design caters for 2-3 disabled participants and 1 caretaker. The layout includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one for each participant/caretaker), a living room, a kitchen and a laundry room that all follow the guidelines of the NDIS.

This project features a 3-level storey townhouse located in Abbotsford, Melbourne. The townhouse aims to deliver a comfortable yet traditional style of living. The home is converted from an existing warehouse in order to preserve aspects of industrial architecture, as well as incorporating a touch of contemporary design. Ronald McDonald House, Royal Park

The aim of this project was to design a Ronald McDonald House in Royal Park, Melbourne. It's purpose is to cater for the families of ill children who are staying in the Royal Children's Hospital, in order to help them release their stress and have a comfortable and enjoyable place to relax nearby. The project focuses on ethical, economical and sustainable elements for this community-based design.

Nightingale Boutique Hotel

Reflecting a sense of love and beauty, this interior is inspired from the nightingale bird. The design portrays a luxurious and elegant living space from the strong contrast of bold and rich colours and highly decorative fabrics. Like a nightingale, the design aims to allow people to feel at ease in a comfortable and relaxed environment.

Inspired by "Maiko dancer" artwork by Issey Miyake and Ikko Tanaka, this interior simplifies abstract forms to display a contemporary reflection of the calmness and beauty in a natural landscape. This is depicted in a comfortable living space.
